Xena is energy personified! She is never tired, nope, never needs a nap! She loves chasing her sister around the yard, playing in the wading pool and with the "big" dogs. Chasing the kids around the yard and going for walks are also greatly enjoyed. Everything is intensely interesting, she will stop and stare at moving cars and blowing leaves until she is comfortable with what is going on. Zena is good with dogs, cats and kids. She recently discovered cat crinkle balls and they are her absolute favorite toy! She also likes to play with squeaky toys, tennis balls and tuggies. When she isn’' hard at play she loves to snuggle up in your lap for a bit of cuddling. Xena is spayed and up to date on her vaccinations. A fenced yard is needed so she can run off some of her energy. She would love an active family to go walking or hiking with and then to cuddle with after a day of fun. Xena is being fostered in Flagstaff. Xena is up to date on vaccinations and is spayed and microchipped. We are a small rescue/foster group with no facility. . Roxie . . Roxie . . Roxie . . Roxie . . Roxie .
Roxie is an active and outgoing puppy who is fascinated by everything new. And when you’re 12 weeks old, everything is new and worthy of intense scrutiny. She is learning to walk on a leash and is extremely interested in everything that moves or makes a sound. She is so cute when she stops and stares at cars driving by or leaves blowing in the wind. You can see her mind racing to put these new things into context. She loves to play with her sister, racing around the yard, jumping in and out of the wading pool and following the “big” dogs around. She likes to watch while you play with squeaky toys but hasn’t figured out yet how to make them squeak herself. She is good with other dogs, cats and children. Roxie is a sweet little girl who will make a great addition to an active household. A fenced yard is a must as she needs room to run off energy. Roxie is being fostered in Flagstaff. Roxie is up to date on vaccinations and is spayed and microchipped. We are a small rescue/foster group with no facility. Hi everyone, It's me Hugo As you can see I'm a mostly Blue Heeler boy of about 12 weeks old. I've never met a toy I didn't love to play with. I like to play with other dogs too, mostly bigger dogs as I hear that I have an active playstyle. I'm practising my walking on a halter. And potty training is a work in progress for me, so I still need help. I sleep in my kennel just fine and don't cry or anything. Note * A yard will be best for Hugo for running & playing off his higher energy. Older children are ok and continued training is recommended. Previous Heeler experience is a plus. Hugo is an approximately 3 month old Blue Heeler mix, who is being fostered in Tuba City. His adoption fee is $200. including microchip. We are a small rescue/foster group with no facility. If you are interested in Hugo, please fill out an adoption application located here: http://tubacityhumanesociety.org/tuba-city-humane-society-dogcat-online-adoption-application/, with more information about our adoption process here: http://tubacityhumanesociety.org/adoptions/ Filling out the adoption application answers some basic questions and helps us to start a conversation with you. Bessie is working on her leash skills and recall. An active family would be best for this cutie. Best if her home has a fence higher than 3 feet because she has quite the jumping abilities. Hi, I'm Sonny, a mellow and easy-going 4 month old yellow lab mix. They say I'm one of the most gentle and polite guys around! I love belly rubs, chewing on a bone, taking naps in my dog bed, and giving you lots of little kisses. I love playing with other gentle dogs and would do great in a home with kids or another nice pup. I'm learning to love walking on a leash. It's a lot of fun, but I'd sure appreciate a patient human as I gain confidence. I enjoy rides in the car and will cuddle up at your feet while you watch a movie or read-I just love being around my people. I even know how to use the doggy door all by myself and I'm proud to say I haven't had an accident in a month! Sonny is being fostered in Tuba City. Sonny is up to date on vaccinations and is neutered. We are a small rescue/foster group with no facility. . Frankie .
 . Frankie . . Frankie . . Frankie . . Frankie . . Frankie . . Frankie .
Frankie’s Hope for his Home I’m a shy yet playful young boy, and I’m most likely a Shepherd/Lab/Mastiff blend. I am medium sized at 40 pounds. Not much of that matters to me as much as I am wanting my own home and canine siblings. I live in Flagstaff with my Foster family that includes 2 dogs. We play and run and I love my toys and my wading pool. I'm learning to enjoy walks, but need my canine buddies by my side. I do love a ride in our SUV. So many new things to see as we ride along together. I know how to sit, shake, sleep in my kennel, dont chew stuff up, and I am an expert cuddler. My new family will need to help me continue to gain confidence. I have been in Foster care for many months because I had mange when I was rescued and then I was taken care of. My early experiences made me quite afraid of everything … even my own shadow was scaredy. I have had all my shots and I’m a healthy boy now and use my paws to get your attention. I have come a very long way and enjoy life so much more now. If you have a place in your home, a fenced yard for me, and at least one other nice dog that would help me learn the ropes, then contact my Foster Mom. Love, Frankie Frankie will be better in an Adult home or with older children. Fast movements can be frightful for him. Frankie is up-to-date on his vaccinations and is neutered. He is being fostered in Flagstaff, AZ. The first step to meeting Frankie is to submit an application. Adoption interest applications are available here: http://tubacityhumanesociety.org/adoptions/ It in no way obligates you to adopt, it is simply part of our process. A family local to Flagstaff is preferred. Frankie's adoption fee is $135 includes microchip. For more information, please contact foster Momma Deb at (928) 853-1046 (no calls after 8 pm please) or by email at livesatrisk@gmail.com.
