Successful August Spay and Neuter and Vaccination Clinic in Tuba City

    Thank you to The Parker Project and veterinarian Dr. Kloer, Veterinary Tech Sam Bergeman, and Emerson, Amber, Sam and Cory, and volunteers Cierra, Roses, Fred, Peggy, Kevin, Erika, Julaire, and Merchelle for all the hard work of bringing these services to Tuba City on August 7 & 8, 2021. Thank you to Deb for feeding the volunteers. 80 spays and neuters were provided, and 350 vaccinations were given. Coconino Humane also came up to Tuba City and accepted 65 animals into their care. Thank you to everyone who participated in these services.

    May Spay and Neuter and Vaccination Clinics

      Big thank you to The Parker Project for bringing very low-cost and accessible mobile spay neuter services to Tuba City May 8, 9.
      81 animals were fixed. Thank you to Alex, and to Dr. Bennett (and her mom!) and to Techs: Carol/Tina/Ilma/Malyn/Jim/Robin/Ann surgery volunteers. We appreciate all the volunteers who helped at the clinics. 400 vaccinations were dispensed.
      Coconino Humane Association came up to Tuba City and took in 40 animal surrenders. Thank you to the To’Nanees’Dizi Chapter for working with us to be able to bring these much needed services.

      On May 22, and 23, another successful clinic weekend. 76 animals were fixed. Thank you to Alex, and veterinarian Dr. Suzy Pape and to vet techs Tina and Sam, and vet students Katie, Emily, and Kira. 👏 Thank you to vet tech Rani from Best Friends Animal Society for leading the vaccination clinic and to all of the volunteers. It takes a lot of people tomake things run smoothly. Hundreds of vaccinations were dispensed. We appreciate To’Nanees’Dizi Chapter for working with us to bring these much needed services. Thank you to the pet owners who participated, giving your pets the best chance for healthy lives, and helping to reduce the number of unwanted animals. Healthy animals, healthy families, healthy communities. Thank you to everyone who participated and who helped spread the word.
